The Role

We are seeking entrepreneurial, client-centric, and hungry Managers to join our Deals & Value Creation practice. This role will be instrumental in executing our AI-enabled propositions on Value Creation, Post Merger Integration, Carve-out support, and Operational Due Diligence.

You’ll bring a strong track record of client delivery and subject matter expertise from a consulting or relevant industry background. You’ll have experience advising Private Equity and/or Corporate clients at the C‑Suite level. As a Manager, you will play a key role in developing Unity Advisory’s market presence and helping to build our proprietary AI toolkit.

Responsibilities

• You will participate in business development, building your network, deal tracking, and pitch preparation.
• You will co‑develop, along with the wider team, the future operating model for Value Creation, helping to develop the AI toolkit required to innovate new propositions and client services.
• Deliver high‑impact client engagements across manuf, PMI, Carve‑out, and Due Diligence for both PE & Corporate clients.
• Collaborate across a high‑performing team, supporting the wider business on varied and engaging client work.
• Represent Unity Advisory in the market, building a trusted advisor profile with clients, investors, and partners.
• Be a key part of a fast‑growing disrupter in the professional services market.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years’ experience in a Value Creation / M&A role, with functional leadership exposure.
• Experience with key work packages such as: Integration Blueprinting & Planning, Day 1 Readiness, Synergy Development, TSA Assessment & Management, Due Diligence, Target Operating Model, and IMO / Separation PMO.
• Proven track record of delivering Value Creation services within an M&A context.
• Excellent project management skills and attention to detail.
• Experience with Private Equity and/or Corporate clients.
• Strong influence and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with client stakeholders.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and appetite to help build a challenger firm from অনুষ্ঠিত ground up.
