Qualifications

• Minimum 12 months in a Children’s Residential Home.
• Knowledge of Children’s Home Regulations, Quality Standards & Safeguarding.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support staff and children within the home.
• Create nurturing and inspiring environments for children.
• Ensure the delivery of high-quality child-centred care.

Skills

Experience in a children’s residential care setting

Strong leadership qualities

Ability to work shifts including sleep-ins

Full UK Driving Licence

Education

Level 3 or 4 in Children & Young People or Residential Childcare

Willing to work towards Level 5 in Leadership and Management
