A leading international media agency in London is seeking a Manager for Client Leadership to drive strategic direction and digital media initiatives across global markets. The role requires excellent client management and collaboration skills and allows for a hybrid working model. Ideal candidates will have a strong background in advertising and experience working with diverse teams. This position offers a dynamic work environment with flexibility for remote work.
Location: OMD Greater London, United Kingdom.
This role is working within the global client team for Zurich. The candidate will work closely with Executive Director and Digital Director supporting both digital operations and communications planning across 20 global markets.
The EMEA global team acts as the central reference point for global and local clients, as well as our OMD local agencies. We provide central audience insights, planning guidance, media and data operations support to drive growth acting as true business partners and not only Zurich’s media experts.

Our working pattern for colleagues is to be present in the office three days a week at our offices in London with the other days available to work remotely. Our hybrid working model (three days in the office, two working remotely) ensures flexibility while fostering collaboration, innovation and teamwork. Standard working hours are 9:30 – 17:30, with the core window of 10:30 – 16:30 available for flexibility.
