• Strengthen financial controls and processes.
• Investigate and explain variances to senior managers.
• Act as lead contact on finance-related transformation projects.
• Maintain strong communication with stakeholders.
• Deliver finance training to non-financial managers.
• Support and develop members of the Management Accounts team.
• Handle performance and build a highly engaged team.
