Qualifications

• Strong experience at Assistant Manager or Manager level in Transactional Taxes.
• Ability to deliver technical work in M&A Tax projects.
• Experience with tax structuring advice and due diligence.

Responsibilities

• Lead M&A Tax projects and ensure client needs are met.
• Conduct tax due diligence for buy-side and sell-side transactions.
• Provide tax structuring advice pre- and post-transactions.
• Supervise and develop junior staff.
