We are an established interior design studio seeking a London Studio Director to lead and grow our presence in the super‑prime residential market. This is a senior leadership role for someone with an established London network, exceptional client‑facing skills, and the ability to originate and secure high‑value residential commissions through trusted relationships.

London Studio Director – Super‑Prime Interior Design

The Role

The London Studio Director will:

• Lead the growth of the London studio and super‑prime residential pipeline
• Originate new projects through an existing personal network of:
• UHNW / HNW private clients
• Developers and family offices
• Prime & super‑prime estate agents
• Architects, project managers, and professional teams
• Act as the senior client lead, from first introduction through appointment
• Represent the studio at private events, industry functions, and key meetings
• Lead pitches, fee proposals, and strategic conversations
• Build long‑term relationships that generate repeat and referral business
• Work closely with the founder and design leadership to align creative vision and commercial strategy
• Over time, shape the London studio team and presence

About You

• Proven senior‑level experience within super‑prime / high‑end residential interiors
• Demonstrable success winning work through relationships and reputation
• A credible, discreet presence with UHNW clients
• Strong understanding of the London super‑prime residential landscape
• Commercially astute, confident, and highly trusted
• Comfortable operating autonomously and representing a design brand at the highest level
