Responsibilities

• Be the main point of contact for Landlords and Tenants.
• Deal with maintenance issues and projects.
• Raise and deal with insurance claims.
• Process service charge and ground rent invoices.
• Handle contractual paperwork.
• Chase rent arrears and serve legal notices.
• Process checkout and release of the deposit.
