Position Summary

ILM London is seeking Line Producers with a strong grasp of scheduling at both sequence and discipline levels. We are looking for individuals who embody production excellence and share our passion for exceptional filmmaking.

What You’ll Do
  • Oversee show sequence or discipline schedules, ensuring a comprehensive schedule aligning with project size.
  • Collaborate closely with Coordinators to maintain an organized and efficient project operation.
  • Work with discipline supervisors and/or leads in crewing, casting, and scheduling work assignments.
  • Provide nurturing and training to junior members of the production team.
  • Keep a weekly synopsis of discipline and/or sequence accomplishments and outline next steps.
  • Serve as a key communication liaison between relevant parties involved in your work.
  • Collaborate with third‑party vendor teams to establish task requirements in the schedule.
  • Prioritise and elevate technical support issues as needed.
What We’re Looking For
