Position Type: Full‑Time. Benefits eligible. Varying schedule, including every other weekend.

Shifts Available: Evenings 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM.

Wage Range: $23.75 – $27.86 per hour, depending on experience.

Shift Differential: Evenings $1.00.

Location: 12120 Co Road 103, Oxford, Florida 34484.

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Responsibilities:

• Display a courteous attitude and respect for all residents, families, and staff.
• Coordinate, oversee, and provide resident‑related care for assisted living and memory care residents.
• Administer medications and/or treatments in accordance with physician's orders and monitor for effectiveness/response.
• Manage medications, supplies, and equipment, including ordering, receiving, storing, and disposing of all items in accordance with policies and procedures.
• Document care using computerized medication administration and charting software (ResiDex).
• Notify Clinical Manager, attending physicians, and family members of significant changes in a resident's condition, and take follow‑up action as necessary.
• Monitor nursing personnel on duty during the assigned shift.

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Qualifications:

• Must have a current Florida LPN license and be in good standing.
• Experience in Assisted Living preferred.
• Knowledge of FL assisted living AHCA regulations.
• Must have strong communication and organizational skills.
• Self‑starter with a desire to be a part of a team.
