As a Level 2 Service Desk Engineer, you will provide advanced technical support to end users across multiple client environments. You will handle escalations from Level 1 engineers, troubleshoot more complex issues, and work closely with Level 3 engineers and senior staff for problem resolution. This role requires strong communication and time management skills, a good technical expertise, and the ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced MSP environment.
