Job Profile

Fantastic career opportunity at our Your Move Branch in Ashford as we are looking to recruit a Lettings Negotiator to join our estate agency branch on a full time, permanent basis.

This branch is part of National Home Move who are a network of 63 Reeds Rains and Your Move franchise branches across England.

As a Negotiator You Will

• Register customers and carry out property matches for Lettings properties.
• Generate and conduct property viewings.
• Negotiate offers between all parties.
• Maximise branch income with the cross sell of other services (mortgages, conveyancing, insurance).
• Display excellent customer service at all times.

Industry experience is preferred but not essential for this post as full training will be given; however we will be requiring relevant transferrable skills in customer service, sales and targeted environments.
