Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate Company Book and ensure compliance with governance standards.
  • Apply Records Retention Policy across the organization.
  • Conduct routine data quality checks for operational records.
  • Support Legal and Procurement teams with contract databases.

Skills

Strong stakeholder management communication skills
Proficient in records retention principles
Technical proficiency with Document Management Systems
Analytical mindset and attention to detail

Education

Relevant Bachelor’s degree in Law or Data Privacy
