Loughborough College Group is recruiting a Lecturer in Construction to join our team at Stephenson College.

We are looking for a Lecturer in Construction and the Built Environment with the ability to deliver across the full range of the department's provision. You will have a passion for innovation, bringing new ideas and embedding new technologies into the learning environment.

You will be required to plan, prepare and deliver high quality and challenging learning experiences across a range of topics within Construction including theory and practical, to help students develop practical skills and achieve their qualifications.

We’re looking for someone who possesses excellent knowledge and understanding of Construction and the Built Environment and be able to plan and use a range of effective and appropriate teaching and learning techniques to meet the needs of diverse learners.

A relevant qualification or significant practical experience are required and teaching and/or mentoring experience is desirable. However, we are happy to consider candidates from industry with significant practical experience who are looking to get into education and will support you to obtain a teaching qualification.
