About the Role
  • Hours: 29.75 per week
    • Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday: 9:00am – 3:15pm
    • Tuesday: 9:0am – 4:15pm
  • Term Time Only: 38 weeks + 5 Staff Training Days
  • Salary: Kent Scheme A – £17,103.46 (pro rata of £24,513 FTE)
  • SEN Allowance: £1,194 (pro rata of £1,485 FTE)

We also welcome applications for part time roles:

  • Fewer full days
  • Lunchtime cover: 11:00am – 2:00pm, Monday to Friday
  • Casual relief positions

Working as a Learning Support Assistant is a physically demanding job that requires staff to be dynamic to the risks and safety needs of our children with complex needs. The ability to respond promptly and proactively is necessary in all of our classes.

You’ll receive a comprehensive induction, full training, and ongoing support from our dedicated onsite teams.
