Job summary

Salary

Grade 6 (£28,142 FTE) + Special Class Allowance (£1,539) x 77.15% (pro rata for working term time only).

Location

Based at Ysgol Bro Taf.

Hours

32.5 per week.

Role Details

Learning Support Assistant of Key Stage 3 & 4 Learning Support Class (Social, Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties).

  • Class for up to twelve pupils aged 11–16 years with additional learning needs.
  • Class staffed by a teacher and two Learning Support Assistants.
Qualifications

Ideally the successful applicant will have experience working with pupils with social, emotional and behavioural difficulties and will have undertaken specialist professional development relevant to SEBD.
