Job description
Overview

Oliver Wyman is a global leader in management consulting. The firm has offices in more than 70 cities across 30 countries and more than 7,000 professionals who help clients optimize their business, improve operations and risk profiles, and accelerate performance. Oliver Wyman’s global Learning & Development team is hiring a Learning Product Manager to design, deliver and scale high‑impact learning products for our Principal and Partner population. This role sits within Partner Development and will be based in London.

Please note: Oliver Wyman/MMC operates a hybrid working policy and the successful candidate will be required to work from the London Baker Street office at least 60% of the time.

What you will be doing
  • Own a product roadmap for Partner & Principal learning that aligns to global L&D strategy and business/talent priorities.
  • Conducting needs analysis to identify learning gaps and shape evidence‑based solutions.
  • Collaborating with subject matter experts, designers and stakeholders to define objectives and create Partner‑level scenarios, simulations and coaching interventions.
  • Sourcing, evaluating and managing external content providers and faculty; set SLAs and quality standards tied to learner outcomes.
  • Measuring progression from learning to behaviour and business outcomes; using data to iterate.
  • Exploring AI‑enabled curation, personalization and coaching assistants responsibly; ensure data privacy and ethical use.
  • Running governance and prioritisation with Partner Development Council, HR and regional leaders.
  • Defining and managing end‑to‑end portfolio budget in partnership with Finance.
What we are looking for you to bring
  • 4–7 years’ experience in learning product management, organisational development or strategic HR consulting.
  • Previous experience in a management consulting professional services firm is expected.
  • Proven experience designing and managing learning for senior audiences (executive/senior leadership) — ideally with simulations, coaching and peer learning.
  • Experience of using AI.
  • Strong project management skills and experience managing multiple programmes concurrently.
  • A track record in linking learning interventions to commercial and people outcomes, in a professional services context.
  • Confidence using data and analytics to measure impact and guide decisions.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with LMS/LXP platforms, authoring tools and agile ways of working.
