Job summary

An educational organization in Rushden is seeking a Learning Mentor and Welfare Support professional to work closely with children and families. Qualifications

• Experience working with children in an educational or support capacity.
• Strong communication skills for liaising with families and staff.

Responsibilities

• Work with children, families, and staff to overcome barriers to learning.
• Maintain regular communication and make referrals as necessary.
• Support the Senior Leadership team with improving attendance and safeguarding.
