We’re looking for an experienced Full‑Time Learning & Development Specialist to help shape the future of learning at Alertacall – fostering growth, enhancing performance, and ensuring our people have the skills and confidence to deliver excellence.

What You’ll Do
  • Design, deliver, and evaluate engaging onboarding and ongoing training programmes.
  • Coordinate company‑wide compliance and mandatory training.
  • Curate and maintain content on the Alertacall Academy (LXP) to support development across the employee journey.
  • Analyse learning engagement and outcomes to drive continuous improvement.
  • Support new technology rollouts, ensuring teams are confident and capable.
  • Partner with external providers to deliver high‑quality learning solutions.
  • Mentor and support L&D assistants and buddies to ensure consistent training delivery.
About You

You’re passionate about learning, creative in your approach, and driven by the difference great training can make.

You’ll bring:

  • CIPD Level 5 (or equivalent) in Learning & Development / HR.
  • Experience designing and delivering impactful training programmes.
  • Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Confidence using learning technologies (LMS/LXP).
  • A proactive, data‑informed approach to improving learning experiences.
