We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Learning and Development Officer to join our team and help shape a culture of continuous growth. As our Learning and Development Officer, you will play a key role in supporting staff development across diverse frontline and support teams. You will support the design, delivery, and evaluation of learning initiatives that enhances skills, ensures compliance, and fosters a culture of continuous learning rooted in our charitable values. The role will primarily involve providing efficient and professional support service to learning and development.
