We are seeking a Learning & Development Manager to drive execution of key training and development initiatives aligned with our strategic business goals. This role is responsible for the design, coordination, and implementation of structured, scalable programs—especially those targeting New Franchise Partner Success and Focused Performance Improvement within our UK network. This is a maternity cover role with high impact. Contract Type: Fixed‑term (9 months)
As the L&D Manager, you will serve as a strategic program executor—organizing and leading cross‑functional teams to deliver effective training that directly supports business outcomes (e.g., revenue growth, customer retention, lead conversion). You will operationalize training as a blended, tracked, and measured program, not a series of one‑off events.
Your efforts will be focused in four key areas:
