Qualifications

  • Retail experience and a passion for customer service.

  • Confidence to lead and manage in the Store Manager’s absence.
  • Physical fitness and comfort with manual handling.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Store Manager in daily operations.
  • Lead and motivate shop colleagues to create a positive team environment.
  • Handle stock including sorting, pricing, and moving items.
  • Create eye-catching displays and maintain a clean shop floor.
  • Deliver excellent customer service and encourage Gift Aid sign-ups.
  • Manage financial transactions and ensure shop security.
  • Ensure compliance with health & safety and trading standards.
