A leading health and safety qualification provider in Leicester is seeking a Lead (Product Development) for a 12-month fixed term contract. The role involves developing new products, maintaining existing ones, and ensuring accreditation compliance. The ideal candidate will hold a NEBOSH National Diploma and have experience in product development. A hybrid working model is adopted. Salary is competitive at £44,301.30 per annum.

We are looking for a Product Developer on a fixed term basis covering maternity to work alongside our product development, assessment development and project teams.
What you will be doing:
The role looks at the development of new health, safety and environmental products (including courses, qualifications and supporting materials); to review and maintain existing products; and to help achieve and maintain accreditation with our regulatory authorities and professional bodies.
