Qualifications

• Significant technical experience in injection moulding, ideally in a Medical or Pharmaceutical environment.
• Experience leading and managing a team effectively.
• Hands-on experience setting up processes for both cold runner and hot runner tools.

Responsibilities

• Support efficient use and maximised output of manufacturing.
• Oversee the repair and servicing of production mould tooling.
• Drive continuous improvement by identifying and eliminating waste.
