Your Role

• Make 250+ calls per day to warm leads
• Utilise a dialler system to efficiently reach customers
• Ensure that all leads are followed up, ensuring conversions meet company standards
• Conduct fact-finding with customers and pass qualified leads to Car Finance Specialists
• Effectively manage your pipeline to stay organised
• Adhere to Kandoo processes and technology
• Ensure all calls remain compliant with company standards and regulations

Work Schedule

• 42 hours per week (Full-Time)
• Monday to Friday between 8:45 AM – 7:00 PM

What We’re Looking For

• Highly organised and able to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable working in a dynamic, ever-changing environment with daily challenges
• Ability to work well as part of a team as well as independently
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential
