A community housing organization in Wales seeks a Lead Arborist to join their Green Earth Team. This role involves liaising with tenants and ensuring compliance with Health & Safety regulations during tree operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills and have a strong focus on customer service. Requirements include various NPTC certifications and a commitment to personal and team development. We are seeking a Lead Arborist to join our Green Earth Team.
The successful candidate will work closely with the Team Leader and Green Earth Project Manager, ensuring that all Health & Safety requirements are fully met on site. You will liaise directly with tenants, providing clear and effective communication to understand and meet their needs while coordinating tree works within residential properties and nearby communal areas. Through a wide range of arboricultural maintenance and intervention activities, you will play a key role in the conservation, management, and enhancement of Tai Calon’s tree stock. You will deliver a high-quality, safe, efficient, and cost-effective service, promoting a culture of high performance, continuous improvement, and excellent customer service.

You will work 37 hours per week from Monday to Friday.
