The Job

Incredible purpose driven bakery café, serving up some of London's best sourdough and pastries as well as sensational sandwiches, soups and salads. This is a small independent group that values nurturing and developing their teams. They really do see people grow from entry level roles through to senior Head Office positions. They have a brilliant Youth Programme which supports people pursue a rewarding career path.

This is a very busy and well-loved site, with a café & grab and go offering. As Kitchen Manager you will focus on delivering the daily café menu whilst managing and supporting the café team. This is an amazing opportunity to deliver exceptional food in a daytime only operation and a fantastic opportunity to learn from their brilliant Exec who has established the most delicious café offering which people come far and wide to enjoy! It’s a 4 shifts / week in the kitchen with 1 admin day per week role. Ideally you will be a strong leader with excellent organisational skills, but crucially someone who remains calm and kind and represents their values around giving back and developing people, as well as somebody who can bring some exciting new ideas to their café offering.

This is a 40 hour per week role and the cafe is open Tuesday - Sunday 8.30am-3.30pm.
