To take full responsibility for the management of Commercial Clients, including Managing Agents and Retail Accounts in ensuring we exceed the client’s expectations, through the monitoring of our client's IT portals, to ensure that these are fully up to date with regards to PPM scheduling, and respond to any reactive tasks using the clients CAFM system. Inputting and managing our internal monitoring and performance IT system and quoting systems. Candidates must be proficient in the use of Excel/Google Sheets and be able to produce analytical reports from the “Glendale live” system.
