Job Description

Your Role:

  • Drive sales growth and margin across key accounts in Wallonia, including service contracts.
  • Build strong, long‑term relationships to boost customer satisfaction (NPS) and engage at all organizational levels.
  • Develop and execute annual account plans aligned with regional strategy.
  • Deliver accurate sales forecasts and maintain a healthy sales funnel with win/loss analysis.
  • Ensure timely, compliant quotations and validate third‑party product compatibility.
  • Lead cross‑functional account teams and collaborate with channel partners to achieve business goals.
  • Act as a connector between departments, coordinating resources for success.
  • Report and follow up on customer feedback per quality and regulatory standards.
  • Operate in full compliance with global business principles and ethics.

You are the right fit if you have:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
  • Proven experience in sales of medical imaging systems or medical equipment.
  • Strong knowledge of the Wallonia healthcare market and ability to engage key stakeholders.
  • A track record of top sales performance.
  • Expertise in consultative selling, executive engagement, negotiations, and strategic account management.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and networking skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Fluency in French and English.
