Responsibilities

  • Process supplier invoices accurately according to company procedures.
  • Monitor the purchase ledger inbox and respond to queries promptly.
  • Maintain up-to-date supplier records.
  • Prepare weekly supplier payment runs.
  • Send supplier remittances and complete reconciliations.
  • Assist with company credit card and expense reconciliations.
  • Conduct bank reconciliations.
