A leading utilities management company is seeking a Junior Project Manager to oversee tree works in the Andover area. The successful applicant will manage field operations, ensuring high standards of safety and customer service. This role requires strong negotiation skills and the ability to manage teams effectively while providing clear communication. Working Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday
We are looking for a Junior Project Manager to support the Contract Delivery Manager in the Arb Utility division at Ground Control. You will be responsible for managing the operation for an assigned programme of tree works in the Salisbury areas. You will take responsibility for driving the programme delivery for both self, contract KPI targets and our tree cutting teams.
This is a field-based role with approximately 3/4 days in the field and 1/2 days based at home. You will need a driving licence as you will be driving to rural locations on a regular basis.
You will ensure work is completed to the highest possible standards in terms of safety, environment, quality, customer service and profitability. Drive consistency and innovation through everything you do to ensure Ground Control are the best at what we do!
This a great role for someone with existing arb or tree surgery experience who is looking to move off the tools into their first management role. We would also like to hear from candidates with any horticultural or grounds maintenance related experience who is looking for the next step in their career,
