  • Design and run small‑scale experiments that validate new ideas, workflows, or technologies.
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally with creative, operational, and strategic teams to bring experimental concepts to life.
  • Document and share insights, turning test results into practical recommendations and inspiration.

  • Support the scaling of successful experiments from pilot phase to implementation.
WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • Experimental Thinking – Embraces testing, iteration, and learning from both successes and failures.
  • Creative & Strategic Translation – Connects innovation to real‑world creative, operational, or commercial value.
  • Collaboration & Communication – Works well across teams, contributing ideas and clearly sharing outcomes.
  • Cultural Awareness – Tuned into shifts in technology, consumer behavior, and creative culture.
  • Adaptability – Thrives in a dynamic, fast‑changing environment with a strong appetite for learning.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
  • You’re endlessly curious, culturally connected, and passionate about shaping what’s next.
  • You may have early experience in innovation, media, strategy, or design—more importantly, you think experimentally and aren’t afraid to get hands‑on.
  • You’re excited by emerging tech and trends, love running creative tests, and know how to make insights actionable.
  • You collaborate well, communicate clearly, and adapt quickly.
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
  • Within 6–12 months, you’ll have contributed to multiple experiments that uncover new possibilities for FlightStory.
