Who We Are

We’re brand brewery an integrated brand experience agency with a big heart and even bigger ideas.

We help brands create meaningful connections through unforgettable experiences. From global employee engagement campaigns and immersive conferences to standout sports sponsorship activations and high-impact creative campaigns, we do it all.

And we do it with heart, hustle, and a healthy dose of curiosity.

We may be small, but we think (and act) big. Working with budgets north of £2 million, we combine creativity, strategy, and smart collaboration with a close-knit, family-style culture that keeps our clients and our people coming back for more.

Our mantra? Deliver beyond the expected. Always.

Our Values

These aren’t just words—they shape how we work with each other and our clients every day:

Add Value – Whether it’s a tiny detail or a bold idea, everything we do makes things better.

Be Connected – We build real relationships, grounded in trust, empathy and collaboration.

Take Ownership – We step up, take initiative, and see things through.

Who You Are

We are looking for an editor/self-shooter to join the small but expanding video production team here at Brand Brewery. As an agency, we work across a varied and exciting array of content, ranging from (not your average) BTS shoots at corporate events through to filming some of the biggest names in sport on the pitch/court/road. You’ll be working on everything from 30s social media cuts to longer-form multicamera shoots. We are also increasing our offering in motion graphics, so experience in this area would be beneficial.

You’ll be responsible for editing short-form and long-form content, creating motion graphics, and supporting the post-production process from concept to final delivery.

The successful candidate doesn’t necessarily need to have previous agency experience, but will need to be able to hit the ground running in terms of managing their own time and inputting into projects (with directional oversight) in an often fast-paced, award-winning agency environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Collaborating with other departments, including the Design Team
  • Ensuring our values are always at the forefront of any task
  • Design and animate motion graphics for intros, transitions, lower thirds, titles, and explainer videos
  • Assist in assembling rough cuts and refining edits with feedback
  • Stay up to date with trends in video editing, animation, and digital storytelling

What You’ll Bring

We’re not just after experience—we’re after the right attitude, too. If you’re proactive, thoughtful, and excited about growing with us, you’ll fit right in.

Some of the things we’re looking for:

Skills

  • A thorough knowledge of Premiere Pro alongside proficiency in After Effects (other CC programs would be an advantage)
  • Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
  • A basic understanding of lighting setup and green screen keying
  • A keen eye for detail and a creative sense for editing, motion graphics and animation
  • Good Understanding of video formats, codecs, compression, aspect ratios, export settings and different deliverables, including delivery for social and broadcast
  • Ability to keep track of and back up an ever-expanding archive of footage
  • The ability to interpret briefs and add creative input where required
  • Understanding of video formats, compression, aspect ratios, and export settings
  • A keen interest in post-production workflow, including colour correction, sound mixing and encoding files for delivery
  • The ability to create a compelling narrative through the edit and a desire to produce work to the highest standard possible
  • Familiarity with motion templates and expressions in After Effects (nice to have)

Tools

The role will also involve some videography in the form of filming content for in-house. This may involve anything from creating original content for our social channels, or behind-the-scenes style shooting on some of our events/larger shoots

  • Proficiency with AS7 or similar camera set-up
  • Understanding of sound recording
  • Understanding of video formats, compression, aspect ratios, and export settings.
  • Being comfortable and self-sufficient behind the camera in a ‘run and gun’ environment

If you can tick the above boxes and would like to join our fun, diverse and expanding team, then send us some examples of your work and tell us why you are the best person for the job.

What You’ll Get

Being part of a small, agile agency means your voice is heard, your ideas matter, and your growth is a priority.

A few things you can expect:

  • A flexible, hybrid work environment
  • Lots of room to grow and take on new challenges
  • A close-knit team that genuinely supports each other
  • 22 days Holiday plus Bank Holidays - Increasing a day a year up to 5 additional days
  • Birthday Day - An additional day's leave for your birthday.
  • Pension
  • Enhanced Pay – Sickness absence, maternity and emergency dependent leave.
  • Long Service Awards – Awarded 4 weeks paid leave for 5 & 10 years LOS
  • EAP – Health Assured - Whether it’s personal or professional challenges, the EAP provides a safe space to talk through it all.
  • Private Medical Insurance
  • Access to our full range of employee benefits via the Employee Portal

  • Apply with your CV and answer the application questions
  • Screening Call with our People & Culture Manager

  • In-person Final Stage Interview
