The Role:

This job is based out of our Bedford HQ – MK41 0LF and assists the design team by producing accurate CAD drawings and supporting project development.

Role Overview:
  • Produce 3D CAD models using parametric design software.
  • Review design instructions, product documentation, and assembly information to ensure accuracy and clarity.
  • Generate reports and recommendations to improve product quality and simplify the customer assembly process.
  • Assist with product-related queries or issues, contributing to practical design solutions.
  • Update technical drawings, models, and documentation as required.
  • Ensure all CAD files and associated documents are kept organised and stored correctly.
  • Collaborate with other departments including Design, Marketing, Production, and Customer Services to support product improvements.
  • Assist with general technical and administrative tasks within the design function.
