Qualifications

• Up to 2 years' post-qualification experience in securitised derivatives or synthetic securitisation.
• Exposure to international private practice firms or relevant In House Legal experience.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on securitised derivatives and synthetic securitisation transactions.
• Draft, review, and negotiate transaction documents.
• Conduct legal research and due diligence.
• Liaise with clients and counterparties to progress transactions.
• Support business development initiatives.
• Participate in training sessions.
• Maintain knowledge of legal and market developments.
