• Strong attention to detail to identify potential issues such as loose stones.
• Ability to meet high productivity targets (80 jobs daily) while maintaining quality.
• Effective communication skills for collaboration with team members.
• Awareness of Health & Safety in a workshop environment.

Responsibilities

• Complete up to 80 polishing jobs daily.
• Inspect incoming work for loose or missing stones.
• Communicate effectively with Team Leader and other team members.
• Follow Health & Safety regulations.
• Prepare items for plating by polishing and cleaning.
