• Minimum 1 year’s experience supporting Windows environments.
• Experience with backup technologies.
• Full UK driving licence preferred.

Responsibilities

• Log and respond to incidents and service requests.
• Assist with IT projects, upgrades, and maintenance.
• Build, install, and support laptops, desktops, phones, and printers.

Skills

Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
