  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Motivated self-starter eager to learn.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the first/second-line point of contact via phone, email, and ticketing.
  • Log, categorise, prioritise and resolve incidents within agreed standards.
  • Deliver excellent customer service at all times.
