• 5+ years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• Proficient in Windows operating system environment; knowledge of Linux/Unix operating systems may be required.

Responsibilities

• Review, troubleshoot and approve operational quality of desktops, notebooks, printers.
• Install, maintain and optimize desktop/notebook configurations at customer sites.
• Diagnose and resolve product performance problems.
• Perform maintenance and repair services.
• Advise customers on preventive maintenance and configurations.
