Job summary

Responsibilities

  • Support the IT Operations team in delivering reliable and efficient IT services across the College.
  • Assist with the monitoring and maintenance of IT systems, ensuring service availability and performance for end-users.
  • Provide first and second-line support to resolve technical issues promptly.
  • Contribute to the documentation and continual improvement of operational procedures.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure service requests and routine tasks are completed in line with agreed service levels.
  • Assist with the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of end-user devices, applications, and operational tools.
  • Support the implementation of the College’s digital strategy.

Skills

Grade C or above in Maths or English
Relevant IT qualification at Level 2
