Responsibilities

  • Monitor live services, applications, and infrastructure.
  • Handle calls from internal and external clients.
  • Log and process incidents according to the Incident Management process.
  • Respond to events received and escalate if necessary.
  • Prioritize incidents to avoid service level breaches.
  • Participate in post-incident reviews.
  • Contribute to the improvement of the Operations Centre.
