• Experience in delivering training and communicating technical information to peers.
• Experience in working with Laboratory Information Management Systems.
• Knowledge of SQL or other database interrogation methods.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and implement IT throughout the Directorate of Integrated Laboratory Medicine.
• Liaise with management and IT colleagues to ensure high project standards.
• Oversee the IT Helpdesk for tracking service requests.
