Job summary

A global technology firm is seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure Engineer to support their corporate IT environment. Responsibilities include maintaining and troubleshooting IT infrastructure, cloud services, and corporate applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical support, hands-on experience with Windows Server and AWS, and a collaborative approach. This is a full-time position based in Manchester, UK. The role requires attendance on-site five days a week.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years experience in a second-line IT support role or similar.
  • Hands-on experience supporting Windows Server and AWS environments.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a globally decentralised team.

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for end-user devices and networking.
  • Support IT leadership in delivering group-wide IT modernization programs.
  • Maintain and support internal infrastructure and corporate applications.
