Responsibilities

• Provide first-line IT support to office and site teams.
• Assist in managing and developing company IT systems.
• Liaise with third-party IT providers for compliance.
• Generate and analyze reports using Excel and NAV data.
• Support purchase and setup of new IT equipment.
• Coordinate repairs, maintenance, and inspections.
• Obtain quotations for maintenance and project works.

Skills

Strong IT and administrative skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Good understanding of health & safety awareness

Ability to manage tasks independently and work to deadlines

Technical knowledge of facilities or contractor management

Previous experience in facilities management or IT support

Understanding of ISO 9001, 14001 & 45001 standards
