Qualifications

  • IRATA Level 3 certification required.
  • First Aid certification is mandatory.
  • Experience in diverse rope access scenarios needed.
  • PTS required for railway projects.
  • Must possess a full, clean UK driving license.
  • Candidate must be medically fit.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise industrial rope access activities and IRATA-certified operatives.
  • Determine suitable access methods on a dynamic basis.
  • Ensure proper care of site equipment.
  • Compile and submit site documentation.
  • Support safe and efficient project delivery.
  • Work flexibly across the UK, including away from home.

Inspired Access Solutions works with its customers to support them with rope access and innovative suspended access systems for challenging structures.

What will you be doing:
  • Supervise industrial rope access activities and IRATA-certified operatives.
  • Ensure proper care of site equipment and report any damage or defects promptly.
  • Determine the most suitable access methods for each site/workface on a dynamic basis.
  • Support the safe and efficient delivery of projects.
  • Compile and submit accurate site documentation.
  • Work flexibly across the UK, including periods of accommodation away from home.
  • Cooperate with quality, safety, and environmental objectives and contribute to continual improvement initiatives.

To join our team, you will need:
  • IRATA Level 3.
  • First Aid certification.
  • Adequate rope hours and varied experience across a range of rope access scenarios and environments.
  • PTS (Railway projects only).
  • Full, clean, UK Driving License.
  • Medically fit
