Investigations Analyst – Kennedys

Kennedys is seeking to recruit an Investigations Analyst to join the Investigations Services Team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to undertake analysis on a wide range of claim types and business lines, develop and action intelligence, provide supervision and guidance to the team of Analysts, and work in the identification of insurance fraud trends and complex investigations.

Team & Scope

The Investigations Services Team primarily assists the Fraud Team while also providing desktop investigations to the wider Kennedys firm and clients. The team collaborates with industry bodies such as the Insurance Fraud Bureau (IFB) and IFED, and ensures best practice in detecting or validating claims.

Required Experience
  • Minimum of 1 year of intelligence analyst experience

  • Experience with iBase / Analyst’s Notebook
  • Power BI or SQL Server Management Studio (not essential but preferred)
  • Open-source research skills
  • Working knowledge of GDPR and DPA
