Arca Resourcing is supporting a high-performance engineering organisation in the Bristol area to recruit an Inventory Controller to support production and logistics operations across multiple sites.

The Role

You will support the storage, organisation, tracking, and kitting of components essential to manufacturing. The role focuses on accuracy, pace, and meeting the demands of a production environment, including assembling production kits, maintaining inventory records, and supporting wider logistics activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Pick and assemble components into production kits
• Verify parts, label accurately, and package to prevent damage
• Maintain stock accuracy through cycle counts and ERP updates
• Monitor stock levels and report shortages
• Support goods-in, supplier returns, documentation, and stock takes
• Maintain safety, quality, and compliance standards

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in a production or operational environment where accuracy and pace are key
• Strong attention to detail and proactive mindset
• Comfortable with manual handling; forklift licence desirable or willingness to train
• Competent with ERP or inventory systems
• Valid UK driving licence to drive company vehicles
