Inside Sales Service Coordinator

Join Our Team as an Inside Sales Service Coordinator! Are you ready to play a pivotal role in driving sales success? We are seeking a dynamic Inside Sales Service Coordinator to proactively support our field sales team, helping them boost efficiency and exceed revenue targets.

Responsibilities

• Support Field Sales Reps in generating sales revenue, including low‑value quoting for existing customers.
• Manage and proactively maintain the sales pipeline through outbound calls and CRM updates.
• Qualify leads, generate and manage sales opportunities and quotes.
• Handle inbound enquiries via calls and emails for Product & Field (P & F) accounts.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with existing customers, managing quotations, spare parts, and post‑sale queries.
• Identify cross‑divisional sales opportunities through customer analysis.
• Prepare and deliver reports on overdue opportunities and sales activities.
• Achieve revenue targets for spare part sales within designated business units.
• Effectively handle customer objections, escalations, and complaints.

Qualifications

• Motivated, proactive and enthusiastic team player.

• Experience working with KPIs and meeting targets.
• Customer‑centric approach with the ability to sell to customer needs.

• Experience using CRM systems (SAP experience desirable).
