Job Summary
- Lead clinical role in inpatient mental health services.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary team (MDT) including nurses, occupational therapy, clinical psychology, and activities coordination.
- Participate in academic programmes and teaching.

Salary
£109,725 to £145,478 per year.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide clinical leadership and direct care for acute psychiatric patients.
- Work with MDT to develop and deliver individualized treatment plans.
- Engage in audit and clinical governance activities.
- Deliver teaching to undergraduates, postgraduates, and staff.
- Participate in research and apply evidence to practice.
- Develop and supervise junior staff.
Experience and Qualifications
- MBBS (or equivalent) and GMC registration.
- MRCPsych or equivalent qualification; CCT or eligibility to be included on the GMC Specialist Register.
- Approved Clinician status.
- Experience of multidisciplinary team working and inpatient psychiatry.
- Audit, clinical governance, and service development experience.
