Job Summary

• Lead clinical role in inpatient mental health services.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team (MDT) including nurses, occupational therapy, clinical psychology, and activities coordination.
• Participate in academic programmes and teaching.

Employment Type

Permanent; full‑time, part‑time, flexible working.

Salary

£109,725 to £145,478 per year.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership and direct care for acute psychiatric patients.
• Work with MDT to develop and deliver individualized treatment plans.

• Deliver teaching to undergraduates, postgraduates, and staff.
• Participate in research and apply evidence to practice.
• Develop and supervise junior staff.

Experience and Qualifications
