A community welfare organization in Oxford is seeking a part-time industry support worker to assist vulnerable adults in a busy factory setting. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, print knowledge, and a caring demeanor. Responsibilities include operating equipment, supporting workforce development, and safeguarding needs. The role offers 28 days of annual leave, rising with service, and access to a Local Government Pension Scheme.
County Print Finishers is offering an exciting opportunity. Established in 1946, our unique company operates from central Oxford, delivering top-quality print, digital post, and fulfilment solutions. We employ individuals who require support that goes beyond standard workplace adjustments. All our services are delivered under our ISO 9001 certificated quality system to high sustainability standards on FSC stock and BS 15713 standards.
We are seeking an industry support worker who can bring the right skills and experience to address both the commercial and support demands of our sector. This includes tasks such as print finishing, client support, reprographics, typographic design, procurement, machine operation, mail handling, fulfilment, and printing. The role involves assisting adults whose needs require more than standard workplace adjustments, all within a fast-paced factory setting. This part-time role is 22 hours per week on day shift: Wednesday and Thursday, 8:15am–4:15pm, and Friday, 8:15am–3:45pm.

You’ll be kind, dependable, organised, and caring, ready to offer in-job support to our Supported Industrial workforce in a busy factory setting. Your ability to develop strong workplace relationships and your solid print and IT skills are just as important as your high level of organisation.
