Responsibilities
  • Lead the design and execution of Rockwell Automation sales growth strategies.
  • Set and manage performance metrics for product specialists focused on sales, margin, and market share.
  • Develop annual sales and marketing plans using GAP analysis of market data.
  • Create and oversee associate and customer training plans for channel products.
  • Provide technical support via phone, email, and on-site visits.
  • Collaborate with account managers on account development and planning.
  • Build and manage the Industrial Automation Group budget and incentive plan.
  • Promote value-added solutions in competitive sales situations.
  • Identify and grow new markets for emerging technologies.
  • Manage and mentor the IAG team, fostering a culture of success and accountability.
  • Track sales plans and opportunities in CRM; ensure team compliance with activity tracking.
  • Support financial performance through value-added services like Rockwell Support.
